A classic carrot cake taste in your morning oatmeal? That's actually healthy!
SERVES: 2
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 120 Minutes
Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup carrot, finely grated
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
3 Tbsp. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1-1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 pint size Mason Jar

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
First mix oats through raisins in a medium bowl.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Add vanilla extract, maple syrup and milk.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Place in a small mason jar. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at leat 2 hours (or overnight)
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Top with Greek yogurt and enjoy!
